| Alcohol & Drug Abuse Alcohol and Drug Abuse Outpatient Treatment Program All outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment is provided through gender-specific components for adult men and women. Specialty services include Africentric-focused outpatient treatment for men. IOP and outpatient levels of care are available on-site at the Columbus Public Health during weekdays and evening hours to 9:00 pm, and on Saturday morning. Other services include childcare during group counseling, parenting education classes, job readiness training, bus tickets for those who qualify. Fees are determined by a sliding scale that considers family size and income. Call 645-6839 for an Intake appointment. Y.E.S. Program For Children Y.E.S. (You're Extra Special) provides support and prevention education groups to help children ages 5-13 cope when someone they love abuses alcohol or other drugs. These 10-12 week groups are provided at over 40 elementary and middle schools and community agencies. Y.E.S. groups may be available on-site at the Health Department. There is no fee for the Y.E.S.
